Dinner Menu

For those attending the USAPMTIAA Dinner and Ball Program on June 25, 2016 at the South Point Hotel, we wanted your night to be delightful and gastronomically satisfying!  We are requesting you to indicate your preferred menu ahead of time.  Deadline to choose your menu will be on May 27, 2016 (Friday).  For those who are not able to indicate their choices, the menu will be defaulted to the chicken entrée.  Please review the Menu Choices below before submitting your selection using the form at the bottom of this page.  Thank you!

Menu Choices:

  • Chicken (Pan-roasted chicken topped with prosciutto and gruyere cheese, madeira wine sauce, mashed fingerling potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables)
  • Fish (Pan-seared halibut, mustard emulsions, parisienne potato, fresh seasonal vegetables)
  • Butcher Block (Boneless rib eye steak, au gratin potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables)

 

Please make your selection using the form below.  If you are bringing guests, submit a separate form for each guest but you can use the same email address. Again, for those who are not able to indicate their choices, the menu will be defaulted to the chicken entrée.
