Support our Teaching Microscope Project

The USAPMTIAA is raising funds for a multihead microscope unit and a digital microscope to enhance teaching microscopy in professional subjects like Parasitology, Microbiology, Histopathology, etc. This equipment will allow teachers to guide multiple students in examining slides simultaneously, thereby providing a better and greatly improved learning experience.

Project Goal

The project cost is $6,000 including shipment cost. Initial funding was raised during the USAPMTIAA 10th Founding Anniversary where a total of $1,200 was donated by the attendees including a large sum of $600 from Mr. Gary Hallam. So far, we have reached 75% of our goal! Thanks to you!

Sponsorship Categories

There are 4 levels of sponsorships for the Microscope Project namely:

Gold Donor – $200 and above

Silver Donor – $100

Bronze Donor -$50

Circle of Friends – $25

A Lasting Tribute

Your generosity will be memorialized by engraving your name in a wall plaque that will be displayed alongside the Teaching Microscope. This plaque will be placed in a dedicated room that will house the Teaching Microscope. This gesture will serve as a permanent recognition of your donation and support.

Project Background

This multihead microscope was formaly requested by the College of Pharmacy & Medical Technology in 2023 under the deanship of Prof. Jose Perez.
