NOTICE:

Registration for the 4th Biennial Meeting & Reunion has now closed, effective May 31, 2025. Registrations dated May 31, 2025 or later are no longer valid. If you have any questions, please contact USAPMTIAA directly. Click on this LINK to reach out to USAPMTIAA.

To register online for the 4th Biennial Meeting & Reunion on June 27-29, 2025 in Westgates Vacation Villas Resort, Kissimee, Florida, please follow the following 2 steps:

  1. Fill out the form below (Don’t forget to click on the SUBMIT button after filling up the form), then
  2. Pay either by Credit/Debit Card through PayPal or by sending your check (see below, after the Form).

Please note that guests are allowed to attend all activities of the Reunion or only the Dinner Banquet but they will need to register accordingly.

REGISTRATION FEE: Click all that apply, then add the corresponding amounts to get the TOTAL REGISTRATION FEE. If your guest is attending all the events, he or she will need to pay at a Non-Active Member rate.

REGISTRATION FEE #1. This is the registration fee for yourself. (required)
REGISTRATION FEE #2. This is the registration fee for your guest(s) who will attend the Dinner Banquet only. If you are bringing more than 5 guests, please contact the USAPMTIAA Treasurer (Marlon Torrento) at 636-614-4910. Look for Loretta or Emma. (required)

IMPORTANT (Read this first before hitting Submit). After filling up the form, click Submit below. Then, you will see a Summary of your Registration Form. It means you have just submitted your Registration Form to the USAPMTIAA Registration Committee. You will still need to pay the registration fee after that. Go back to this page and see below to pay your registration fee either by Credit/Debit Card through PayPal or by Mailing your check. Follow the instructions below.

Notes

Registration fee is valid until March 31, 2025.  After March 31, 2025, the registration fee changes to $325 for Active Members, $375 for Non-Active Members, and $175 for each Guest.
